Key Findings Sàrl

Swiss leader in research into unclaimed assets.

The origin of our know-how

Experts who listen to your challenges

Since 2011, Key Findings sàrl (formerly Lmd Search) has developed unique expertise in the field of dormant assets and in restoring relationships between financial institutions and their customers. To meet banks’ requirements in terms of KYC, PEP, CDB 16 and EAR, tailored services have been put in place.

New requirements are weighing on banks today – the SBA’s “Narilo” Directive, the December 16, 2015 revision of the Swiss Federal Banking Act, and the tightening of several European laws on the issue of dormant assets. Banks must therefore do everything in their power to maintain or re-establish relationships with their customers.

Complex, time-consuming and technical, the search for rights holders requires specific skills and resources.

As the Swiss leader in escheatment, and acting exclusively on behalf of Swiss and international companies, Key Findings is active in many countries around the world. It can resolve cases in all types of jurisdiction. As a partner of several well-known banking institutions, Key Findings complies with the most stringent confidentiality rules.
